Prepare / find materialsIn the middle and late stages of mechanical research and development, the related mechanical design is almost completed. At this time, many convenient items will be used and need to be matched with the designed machinery, and then the size design adjustment and the fine-tuning of the mechanism action will be carried out.

Manufacture/AssemblyThe official start of mechanism production includes all manufacturing processes related to a series of mechanisms, such as laser cutting, folding bed, rolling bed, lathe, washing bed, welding, grinding, polishing, painting, assembly, electrical assembly, fine-tuning, etc.

Operation TestAfter the preliminary completion of the mechanism, the operation test will start to test whether there is any problem with the mechanism. The test content includes the mechanism's movable movement, power system abnormality test, gas leakage test, drum thermal expansion collision test, and roasted bean performance test (including sampling, color uniformity, heating, etc.). performance, ventilation performance, cooling tank stirring test)... A series of mechanism-related software and hardware tests, and finally a fine-tuning.

Shipping/InstallationAfter the operation test is passed, it will be packed and sent to the designated location of the customer for transportation and installation. Before delivery, a site survey will be conducted to give appropriate suggestions (including installation location, power wiring, and smoke exhaust pipeline wiring).
